Industrial Space Overview
Building A features 21,832 square feet of flex space, including 19,000 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space with 45-foot eave height and 2,000 square feet of office space. It is currently fully leased to a national tenant.
Building B offers another 24,382 square feet of flex space, with 16,500 square feet of climate-controlled warehouse space with 45-foot eave height and 8,000 square feet of office space. This dome is vacant and ready for immediate occupancy.
Building C, a NARA-compliant Smart Dome Vault, provides 12,435 square feet of data storage space, including 2,000 square feet of offices and a 10,500-square-foot climate-controlled warehouse with 60-foot eave height. It is fully leased.
Building D boasts 15,514 square feet of warehouse space with 47-foot eave height, straight building walls, and 1,200 square feet of office space. It is also fully leased.
Finally, Building E offers a build-to-suit option with 14,314 square feet of dome space.
All buildings are strategically located in Lakeland, providing quick access to major highways and transportation routes. They are designed to withstand hurricanes and tornadoes, ensuring the safety of assets and operations. Additional features include secure access, backup generators, steel doors, ESFR sprinklers, helicopter landing pads, on-site fuel storage, and high-speed internet connectivity.
