Situated on a 262-acre site, this logistics center offers options for a variety of industrial users with a projected summer 2024 completion. Each building features a minimum 32-foot clear ceiling height, tilt-up concrete construction, 50 to 154 dock doors, drive-in bays, and 60-foot speed bays.
