Industrial Space Overview
Fully-equipped laboratory spaces, shared or private, are available for lease with term lengths of over a year. Lab equipment includes lab benches, fume hoods, sinks, eye wash stations, and BSL2 hoods. Lab sizes range from single benches to private spaces accommodating teams of up to 20 people. Air, vacuum, and gas connections are provided. Private offices are available in addition to dedicated lab spaces. The facility also features shared conference rooms, restrooms, and kitchens. Private garage parking is available, and access to the facility is 24/7. The location is situated in Oakland's Pill Hill neighborhood. Rates are fully serviced and available upon request.
