The warehouse has a gas-fired forced air heating and cooling system for comfortable office space, and it's 100% sprinklered with an ESFR fire protection system for safety. Other amenities include a 24/7 monitored security system, an on-site property management office, ample trailer parking, and convenient access to major highways.
Utilities such as three-phase electricity (480-volt, 1,200 amps), natural gas, municipal water, and municipal sewer are all available at the warehouse, providing the necessary infrastructure for various operations.
