Other warehouse features include 4,000 square feet of office space, 20,000 square feet of mezzanine space, and ample on-site parking. The warehouse is currently occupied but can be leased or purchased upon lease expiration.
Both the office and warehouse spaces boast exceptional construction quality, with concrete tilt-up construction, built-up roofs, LED high-bay lighting, and evaporative coolers for HVAC. Enhanced security is ensured by a fenced perimeter with security gates.
